The electronic news subscription service is a free internet service provided by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD). Users should read the following disclaimer before using the service. By registering yourself as a user of the service, you agree to accept unconditionally the terms of this Disclaimer and you understand that the terms of this Disclaimer may be revised and/or amended from time to time by the Government without prior notice to you. Please check this page regularly for any revisions and/or amendments which may be made.

1. Liability and Responsibility
The AFCD shall not have any legal liability or responsibility for any delay, or any indirect consequences or damages (including but not confined to monetary loss, business hindrance, software problems or data loss, etc.) resulting from the use of or a failure to use the electronic news subscription service.

2. Termination of Service
To maintain smooth functioning of the service and data integrity, the AFCD reserves the right to remove from the mailing list, without the prior consent of users, any registered email addresses which are suspected to be causing problems to the system.

3. Language
AFCD uses an online translation software to translate the Traditional Chinese version of its pages into Simplified Chinese on this website. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between these two versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. AFCD will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, destruction or damage (including without limitation consequential loss, destruction or damage) however arising from or in respect of any use or misuse of the Traditional Chinese character version or the translated Simplified Chinese version delivered on AFCD.
